Refund & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping at Arabia Trend Hub. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our guidelines and procedures for processing replacements. By purchasing on our website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Replacement Eligibility

As a responsible company, Arabia Trend Hub wants to ensure that the product is received by the customer in its original condition and is not incorrect, broken, or faulty. If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement.

2. Timeframe

• Arabia Trend Hub will cater to all complaints received within 30 days of delivery.

• Your request for a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery will be done free of cost.

• After 7 days (up to 30 days), there will be a standard processing fee for the replacement.

3. Replacement Process

To initiate a replacement, please share a video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product with our customer support team within the eligible timeframe. In many cases, our team can guide you on how to fix minor usage issues. If we determine that the product is indeed faulty:

• Option A: We may ask you to ship the product in its original packing (Original Box and All Accessories) to our regional fulfillment center.

• Option B: We will schedule a replacement for you within 14 working days. Please pack the product properly for the courier to pick it up and provide you with a replacement.

4. No "Change of Mind"

Please note that we do not offer replacements or returns for "change of mind" once the order has been delivered.

We operate on a replacement-only model and do not have a cash refund policy.
